Terms & Conditions of "The Light and Sound Ancient"
• All rates are quoted in Thai Baht
• Rates are per Room per night
• Rates are inclusive of 7% prevailing government tax
• 700 THB per person is surcharged for Single Supplement 

Children Policies
• Complimentary for children under 12 years of age (maximum 2 persons per room) sharing parents' room and bedding.
• If bedding required, full rate will be applied.

Deposit payment
Deposit payment will only be charged after we confirm the room(s) for you by return e-mail. Our reply should be sent to you within 2 working days after your reservation form submission. If you do not receive any response within this period, please let us know by e-mail.

Cancellation
Cancellation should be done by written notice before the arrival date. Refund should be subject to conditions.
