Long Stay Terms & Conditions

• Rates are valid for bookings from 01 May - 15 October 2010.
• Staying period must be consecutive nights.
• Rates are per room per night.
• Maximum 2 adults and 2 Children (age not over 12) in a room. Children Sharing the room with parents, Charge 25% per person from the promotional rate above.
• Extra person (3rd person) joining the room will be charge 50% from the promotional rate above.
• A full non-refundable payment is required at the time of booking.
• Major credit cards are acceptable.
• Cancellation, Amendment and Refunding are not allowed.
• Rates are nett inclusive of governmental taxes and charges.
